Kingsclere Youth Club has now employed a qualified Youth Worker whose name is Jacqui.  From early November expect to see Jacqui around the village talking to youngsters before setting up the Youth Club. She will be carrying an official “Y Services” identity badge which anyone may ask to see.

We are now holding regular Youth meetings every Tuesday at 7pm in the Village Club to discuss the setup of the new club. If anyone would like to be involved with the initial setup of the club (members and helpers) please contact us.

We also require volunteer helpers to support and make this club a success and will ensure the club can continue to run on a regular basis. Anyone with an interest is welcome to get involved and if anyone is thinking of a career in Youth Work, or working with young people we may be able to provide training opportunities. Getting involved can also help with anyone working towards Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
